le petit matisse
the extent of children's creativity never
ceases to amaze me. a cardboard box
can become a rocket ship. an empty
egg carton a caterpillar. a blank piece
of paper a masterpiece.
i love it when i find instruments
that lend to my kids' creative
juices. and love it even more
when these instruments are all
natural.

hello le petit matisse!
these twist up crayons are 100% natural,
made from beeswax, soy wax, and candelilla wax,
and colored from fruits, vegetables, and ochers
from a quarry in france.
all this for eight dollars.
enjoy!
